精神三科是以精神障碍综合干预为特色的临床研究型科室，学科定位成瘾医学，是浙江省戒毒研究院（省级重点实验室协作单位）依托科室。目前共有医护人员20余人，其中主任医师2人，副主任医师2人，博士2人，硕士5人。在国内外发表论文100余篇，被引次数超1000次，主持包括国家自然科学基金在内课题项目20余项。科室成员兼任：司法部戒毒专家委员会委员、中国药物滥用防治协会理事、浙江省戒毒协会常务理事、浙江省戒毒研究院常务副院长等。
服务内容：
常见精神障碍（精神分裂症、情感障碍、青少年心理健康问题等）综合干预治疗；
成瘾行为（酒精、药物、网络、赌博成瘾等）全病程心理健康服务。
特色技术：
SCIT（社会功能康复技术，本土化开发）、VRCP（虚拟现实成瘾干预技术，自主研发）等。
